Getting to Runnymede Hall

From the M25 and all points west of Benfleet

Join the A13, dual carriageway heading east to large roundabout/gyratory junction complex at "Saddlers Farm".
Alternatively, follow the A127 to its junction with the A130 then south to "Saddlers Farm".

Continue along the A13 (residential area/ two-way traffic) to the top of Bread and Cheese Hill, past the Bread and Cheese pub, to the second set of traffic lights outside the offices of Castle Point District Council.
Turn left to the car park behind the Council offices and Runnymede Hall.

From Southend and all points east of Benfleet

Follow the A13 heading west through Leigh and Hadleigh to the large roundabout beside the Magnet and Southern building (Vic House corner).
Alternatively, follow the A127 to its junction with the A129 (Rayleigh Weir) then south past Sainsburys and Halfords to the large roundabout beside the Magnet and Southern building.

Continue on the A13 towards London and turn right at the second set of traffic lights outside Castle Point District Council offices.
