PITTING
The tarmac surfaced car park opposite the rostrum (north face) can hold up to 30 cars and pit stations if carefully positioned.
Space for additional pit stations is available on the reinforced grass area beside the track.
The remaining grassed areas can be used except when the ground is soft.
Gazebos are welcome, but users are asked to restrict the space taken.
POWER
Mains power is available at the rostrum, but extension leads are not permitted on safety grounds.
HEAT BOARD
A detailed and sophisticated heat board
provides a useful
display in addition to automated messages over the loudspeaker system. |

CATERING
"Beryl's Burgers" are well known to anybody who has visited the Southend track.
Generous fillings of sausage, bacon, or beef/cheese burger in a large bun for the lowest possible price.
Chips, cakes and ice creams are also available when suitable, along with the usual tea, coffee, and soft drinks.
ACCOMMODATION
As a seaside town with strong business links, Southend has a wide selection of B&B and hotel accommodation.
