  1/10th Scale Touring - 'Stock' Class
Any 21.5 brushless.
or 27t spec rebuildable brushed motor		 1/10th Scale Touring - 'Super-Stock' Class
 Any 13.5 brushless motor		 1/10th Scale Touring - 'Modified' Class
Any 10.5 (or lower) brushless motor		  

All motors must be commercially available - No Specials or Hybrids - but do not need to be on the BRCA approved lists.
Brushless motors may be sensored or sensorless.
 

Weight Limit
1350g minimum weight with personal transponder, but excluding handout transponder 

 
 

Battery types, maintenance and charging - all classes
Any commercially available 6 cell sub-c cells, and 2 cell, hard cased Li-Po packs as set by current BRCA standards.
Li-po cells must be charged to OEM standards in a lipo sack.
Maximum voltage 8.45v when ready to race will be checked at random. Non-compliance will result in removal from the meeting and all remaining rounds of the Essex Winter Series. Entry fees will not be refunded and details may be passed to the BRCA. 
   

 
 

Tyres and additives - all classes
Control tyre - Sorex 32 XG-32JB wheel and tyre combination will be available from Colin Bliss Models.
Any commercially available tyre cleaner/additive may be used. No additive derived from Wintergreen is permitted.
 

  
 

Body Shells
Touring car type (190mm) only permitted. Minimum ride height (chassis with bodyshell fitted) 5mm
