Results Round 2

A smoother circuit, with faster corners made the racing even more exciting than round 1, and an improved system of joining the carpet at vulnerable points almost eliminated the need for track repairs.

The slightly enlarged pit area proved adequate for the extra drivers while the extended race day - 8am to 5.30pm - gave time for the 10 full race heats and pre-race timed practice sessions.

Our thanks to the School and Sports Centre authorities, for relaxing the opening restrictions and to  Beryl for her breakfast and lunch buffet service.
