| More than 80 drivers helped
to make round 1 of the new series a great experience - though from an
organisational point of view, more earlier booking (before the Friday closing date)
would have helped to get things going more quickly on the day.
The track layout from the inaugural meeting in
January was repeated, and again proved popular, but the carpet had to
re-settle, and was low on grip until the 'fluff' came off.
