  From the M25 and all points west of Benfleet

A13: Follow the A13, dual carriageway east to the large roundabout/gyratory junction complex at "Saddlers Farm"
(for Benfleet, Canvey Island and Southend).
Continue on the A13 through Benfleet (a built-up area) with two-way traffic to the top of Bread and Cheese Hill. Continue past the Bread and Cheese pub, to the second set of traffic lights (outside the offices of Castle Point District Council). Turn left.

   
  OR: Follow the A127 to its junction with the A130 then south to towards Canvey Island and the "Saddlers Farm" roundabout complex. Turn left onto A13.
Follow the A13/Benfleet route as above.

Runnymede Hall is right behind the Council Offices

   From Southend and all points east of Benfleet

A13 west past Hadleigh to the large roundabout (Magnet & Southerns).
OR: A127 to Rayleigh Weir, then left to Benfleet (A129).
At the large roundabout follow A13 towards London and turn right at the second set of traffic lights outside Castle Point D.C. offices.
